OPTION 2 – No Spray Agreement An Agreement between the County and a Landowner/Occupant, where the Landowner/Occupant takes alternative vegetation control actions to control noxious weeds within the road allowance adjacent to their lands, and therefore, the County does not include that section of the road allowance in the Roadside Spraying Program. I confirm that the above two options were provided to me and further confirm neither option are something I can complete or agree to conduct and therefore, request the road allowance adjacent to my property not be included in the Roadside Spraying Program due to extenuating circumstances. I understand that my Application for “Request for No Spraying Due to Extenuating Circumstances” is subject to approval by the Director of Public Works and prior to approval, I will be contacted by the Director Public Works to discuss the request. The Landowner/Occupant should follow up with the County Public Works Department if they have not been contacted by the Director Public Works within five (5) business days following submission of their request.
